Well, if you’re a fan of Mickey Rourke, you may have been looking forward to this week’s DVD releases. Otherwise, the selection is not incredibly exciting. The Wrestler has earned huge ratings as the story of a has-been wrestler trying to find a life outside the ring. Trying to reforge a relationship with an abandoned daughter, make something of a romantic relationship with a stripper, and working at the local grocery store leave Randy ‘The Ram’ Robinson hoping for a repeat of the glory days. As he struggles with his new life and developing health problems, the idea of a rematch with his once arch-rival seems like a ticket to stardom, again.
Also new this week on DVD:
1.Frost/Nixon
2.Caprica
3.X-Men Trilogy (X-Men / X2: X-Men United / X-Men: The Last Stand) [Blu-ray]
4.Sin City [Blu-ray]
5.Ron White: Behavioral Problems
6.Squidbillies, Vol. 2
7.Notorious (Three-Disc Edition + Digital Copy)

Not really anything here that I am interested in. I have the X-Men trilogy already on DVD no need for Blu-ray. The rest just don’t sound that interesting.
What not exciting? Come on, Caprica!! gotta have that. Wait am I the only BSG Fan around here? lol
