Q: Is there any way to control who sees my Facebook profile on Metroglow?

A: Many of our readers only use Facebook for their friends and family, so Facebook allows you to be very selective as to who sees your Facebook Profile information. You can find help at the Facebook help page, or learn more about privacy on Facebook. You can also review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Q: How does the Metroglow Credit system work?

A: We encourage our readers to participate in the Metroglow community, so we give our readers Metroglow Credits each time they leave a comment, participate in a poll, or rate an event or item on our site. You can redeem your credits for cool prizes at the Metroglow Store.

Q: Why do I have to be logged in to leave comments?

A: We work hard to keep Metroglow a safe environment for families, so we require that our users log in via Facebook to help us identify them. If you’re having problems getting logged in, please send our support team an email.

Q: How do I redeem my Metroglow credits?

A: All Metroglow credits can be redeemed at the Metroglow Store. If you don’t see an item listed at the store, it’s either sold out or has expired. Check back often to make sure you don’t miss anything!
