Hey there, filmies! I know it’s been a long time since I’ve written, but we’re still getting used to our new digs. We hope you like it as much as we like making it!
Now that we’ve got the Metroglow store up and running, we’ve got some free tickets to spin out. Specifically, we’ve got passes to Miramax’s latest flick, Adventureland. It was directed by the same people that did Superbad, so if you enjoyed that film chances are you’ll like this one too. You can redeem these passes, as well as all our prizes, at the Mg store.
The prize system works just like it did on PTDFilm, although we think you’ll find it easier to use than the old system. You can grab your tickets now, although you won’t be able to pick them up until next Tuesday at All Star Comics. We’ll make sure you get more notice next time, scout’s honor!

Is this movie like Superbad Part 2? Looks like it has some of the same actors in it?
I just watched the trailer, it looks rather funny and something I would like!
It’s pretty funny, but not in the way you would expect. I never saw Superbad, but I believe this one was done by the same people.
LOL. If I had been paying attention to the PICTURE, I would have not been so silly when I said, “I believe it’s done by the same people”… So, yes, it was and yes, it’s funny.
I hope it’s better than SuperBad!
Looks like a funny movie
How many of you enjoyed this movie? seriously
The theater was the smallest I’ve seen!
Lorien, I didn’t see you there. I was a little under the weather, so maybe I over looked.
Well, the movie was okay. A little funny, but not like “FU”.
Bill, it wasn’t that funny. Or it could be because I attended the movie sick! I give it one popcorn.
“Knowing” and “the day the earth stood still” rock! *****
