Hey there! Welcome to Metroglow Magazine, Oklahoma’s #1 independent entertainment magazine. Mg was launched on March 1st of 2009 as an entertainment resource for the local community. We appreciate your readership, and look forward to meeting you all in the near future.
Metroglow is brought to you by the same great people that created PTD Magazine and PTD Film, and I want to take a minute and point out some of the features we’ve ‘exported’ into our new online format.
First off, if you’ve been redirected here from PTD Magazine or PTD Film, don’t worry! We’re still covering videogames and film on Metroglow, and we’ll be converting your PTD Credits into Metroglow Credits in the next few days. Aside from being able to redeem your credits for movie tickets, you’ll also be able to redeem them for a variety of other cool prizes too.
If you’re new to Mg, let me take a minute to thank you for your time. The Mg community is driven by your participation, and we’re Oklahoma City’s only online destination that hooks it’s readers up with prizes and swag for participating. We’ll be in ‘beta’ for the month of March, and look forward to your feedback.
We’ll be updating this site with daily entertainment content, and are currently looking for a slew of contributors that would be interested in participating in Metroglow. If you see an empty category that you’d like to write for, swing by our employment page to read up on the details of our revenue sharing program and apply. Metroglow is OKC’s only community-driven entertainment site, so why not pitch in and help us make a little (local) history?
I’m off to grab a nap, but feel free to leave us your comments or feedback. We use our feedback to create Metroglow, and we look forward to hearing from you.
Have a great day!

i was just getting use to ptd film. so now i have to relearn, a little bit about navigating the new site. hope a new movie shows up soon.
Sorry, Charles! We had to move our plans up a bit to respond to a slower advertisement economy in Oklahoma. We’re on more solid ground now, however.
I’ve got two new movies on the radar today, so keep your eyes peeled for those soon — we’ll have them up as soon as we get ‘em.
New sight looks good. I still having a bit of a problem navagating. I like it that you did take off the our picutres showing with our comments. I really hated that showing on your website. Thanks for getting it removed
We’re going to be rolling out a cleaner ’sidebar’ this afternoon, it should make it easier to find the important stuff. We appreciate your feedback, however!
